On the whole I am in favour of saving old buildings and possibly the graveyard, but of course I don't know the area and whether the road would make a big difference to the lives of those who live there.
well i'm not sure in this case.. i too am all for preserving old buildings but this has been derilict for so long and they haven't bothered about it enough to renovate it. The land has all been cleared and looks a total mess now..as does most of Blckburn anyway. The council should have done its homework before it closed businesses and cleared land.
